Civil Labourer

The Role:
Ranstad are seeking a highly reliable, experienced, and multi-skilled All-Rounder to join our team for a ongoing contract for our Client in Mallala, focusing on civil construction and maintenance across road and concrete projects. A strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability are non-negotiable.

Highly Desirable Skills & Experience:
The successful candidate must possess an MR Licence,
also experience is highly desirable in the following

• Roller
• Excavator
• Loader
• Grader Operator

This is an all-rounder role requiring a diverse skill set focused heavily on roadworks and site maintenance:

• Executing works on roads and concrete infrastructure, including detailed finishing.
• Handling and working with bitumen materials.
• Constructing and repairing footpaths.
• General maintenance and repairs of civil assets and equipment.
• Assisting with lighting projects.
• Setting up and managing site signage.
• Performing general site duties, including painting and picking up rubbish.
• Applying all transferable skills to support the project team as needed.

Must be able to pass a police check, a Drug & Alcohol, Australian Citizen or Full time Visa holder will be considered.
